Marcus BrownI grew up on a dairy farm in Hardwick, VT which I helped my father operate for 9 years after obtaining a degree in Ag Business. When I got sick of that, I moved to Venice, FL and worked as a Food and Beverage Manager for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sarasota, FL for 3 years. Here is where I gained the experience and true value of exceptional customer service and management.

Joni BrownI grew up in Lyndonville, VT and worked locally as a Personal Banker for 6 years. I then jumped headfirst into the Property Management world where I worked as a Property Manager in both VT and NH for about 10 years. My experience in Property Management groomed me, with out my knowing it, to help successfully run and grow our business.
