The Eliminator Pest Control service is owned and operated by Marcus Brown and is based in Hardwick, Vermont. Most service work for The Eliminator is within a 40 mile radius of Hardwick, but the the service area is not limited and we are happy to assist with any problems no matter where you live. I travel all over the State solving as many pest problems as I can. The Eliminator is an Integrated Pest Management or IPM specialist with intensive training on not only getting rid of your pests, but also trying to figure out what conditions are bring the pests there to begin with. IPM is a strategic process of analyzing what your pest problem is and look at different options for solving that problem.
For example Carpenter Ants usually first show up inside a home where there has been water damage, that is one of the contributing factors, assessing where there may be water damage and making reccommendations to fix it are part of an IPM approach. In Many cases the use of pesticides can be the last option used in solving your pest problems. Another example is again with Ants of any type, and the amount of vegetation that is close to your home. Vegetation provides food and protection for ants and many other crawlers that may make there way into your house. The best case is if you have a buffer zone around house of about 3 feet with no plants, trees etc.. These are the types of things I will look at when you call for pest control, by focusing not only on the pest itself but the reason it is there, we can offer solutions that will be effective short term and in the long term.
The Eliminator also offers “Organic Pest Control” for customers who are interested. There are many products available that are naturally derived and available for controlling insects. EcoSmart is one of the main product lines I utilize, they have a range of options for controlling insects with many of their products containing ingredients like peppermint, thyme, rosemary or natural pyrethrins that are effective against pests. .These products combined with the IPM approach move pest control into the 21st century and offer an attractive alternative for customers.

My biggest concern is not what pest you may have or what product to use, but are you 100% completely satisfied with the service we provide. I will return your phone calls promptly, I will answer all your questions, if I don't know the answer I will get the answer and get back to you, I will explain to you what products would be used and make sure you are comfortable with everything.
